Welcome to EaseMate AI Image Generator ("App", "we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS application.

EaseMate AI Image Generator is a creative AI-powered tool that lets you generate stunning images from text prompts, build custom prompts, crop and edit images, and chat with an AI creative assistant — all in one warm, friendly app.

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services:

We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve the App's features:

• Generate Tab: Your text prompts are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI (Flux.1 Schnell model) to generate images. Prompts are not stored on our servers.
• Prompt Tab: Preset prompts and AI-built prompts use Cloudflare Workers AI (Llama 3) to create prompt suggestions. Input is not retained after the session.
• Crop Tab: Image processing is performed entirely on-device using CoreImage. No image data leaves your phone.
• Edit Tab: All filter and adjustment processing is done on-device. No image data is transmitted.
• Chat Tab: Your messages are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate responses. Conversation history is stored locally on your device in UserDefaults.
• Advertising: Google AdMob may use device identifiers to serve personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your consent.

EaseMate AI Image Generator integrates the following third-party services:

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies to understand how your data is handled by these providers.

We are committed to keeping your data on your device wherever possible:

• Chat history is saved to your device's local storage (UserDefaults) using the key easemate_chatHistory. You can clear it anytime from Settings → Clear Chat History.
• Saved gallery images are stored locally using the key easemate_savedImages. You can clear this from Settings → Clear Saved Gallery.
• App preferences (selected size, onboarding state) are stored locally and never transmitted.
• Image editing and cropping (Crop tab, Edit tab) are processed entirely on-device using CoreImage. No image pixels are sent to any server.
• Generated images are only saved to your photo library when you explicitly tap the Save button. We do not retain copies.

The App requests the following iOS permissions:

You can manage these permissions at any time via your iPhone Settings → EaseMate AI Image Generator.

EaseMate AI Image Generator is free and supported by advertising through Google AdMob. AdMob may display banner ads and interstitial ads within the app.

• If you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission, AdMob may show personalized ads based on your interests.
• If you deny ATT permission, AdMob will show non-personalized ads only.
• AdMob may collect device identifiers (IDFA), IP address, and usage data for ad delivery and measurement.
• For EU/EEA users, we implement Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain GDPR consent before serving ads.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties, except as described below:

• Cloudflare Workers AI: Prompts and chat messages are transmitted to Cloudflare's AI API solely to generate responses. Cloudflare does not retain these inputs for marketing purposes.
• Google AdMob: Device advertising identifiers are shared with Google for ad delivery as described in Section 7.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not share your generated images, chat history, or personal prompts with any third party.

We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate measures:

• All API communications with Cloudflare Workers AI use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• Local data stored in UserDefaults is protected by iOS's built-in sandboxing and device encryption.
• We do not operate our own servers that store user data — your data stays on your device or passes directly to Cloudflare/Google.
• We regularly review our data handling practices to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.

While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

You have full control over your data within the App:

• Clear Chat History: Settings → Clear Chat History removes all stored conversations instantly.
• Clear Saved Gallery: Settings → Clear Saved Gallery removes all locally cached image references.
• Revoke Permissions: Manage photo library and tracking permissions via iPhone Settings → EaseMate AI Image Generator.
• Ad Preferences: Limit ad tracking via iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Delete the App: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device.

For EU/EEA residents (GDPR) and California residents (CCPA), you also have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we may hold. Contact us at the email in Section 14.

EaseMate AI Image Generator is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately at the email in Section 14. We will promptly delete any such information.

EaseMate AI Image Generator is operated from Morocco and is available globally via the App Store. By using the App, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by Cloudflare and Google on servers located in the United States or other countries, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.

• GDPR (EU/EEA): We implement Google UMP for consent management before serving ads to European users.
• CCPA (California): We do not sell personal information. California residents may contact us to exercise their rights.
• Other regions: We comply with applicable local data protection laws to the best of our ability.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
• Post the updated policy within the App (Settings → Privacy Policy).
• Where appropriate, provide an in-app notification for significant changes.

Your continued use of EaseMate AI Image Generator after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
